Cherry red colour with violet hints. Complex intense aroma, ripe fruit, toast wood, coconuts and vanilla notes. Long, well-balanced and gliceryc on the palate.
Grenache 75%, Tempranillo 25%
These grapes are cultivated mainly in soils of a clayey-ferrous composition, with a high proportion of loose gravel. The vineyards are located between 500 and 600 meters above sea level. The type of pruning is called “govelet”, which means dry farming.
The end of September to the beginning of October for Tempranillo and the beginning of October for Grenache.
10 months in American barrel and rest in the bottle in the appropriate conditions of humidity and temperature.
The result is a cherry-red colour crianza wine with violet tones. In the nose, its great aromatic intensity reminds us of wild fruits (blackberries, redcurrant) and wooden toasted flavours, coconut and vanilla. In the palate, it is warm and tasty with a body and structure of a great wine.
