PEÑAZUELA 2016 – LATE HARVEST WINE – NEW LAUNCH
Aged in French Oak Barrels, for from 8 to 10 months, with different volume capacities and medium toast. The wine is monitored and tasted on a weekly basis until the desired balance fruit-wood is reached.
Bright appearance, intense cherry red colour with light tile hues. Aroma at ripe blackberry, spices, cacao, dry flower and toasted notes from the wood. Aspecto brillante, intenso color rojo picota con ligeros tonos teja. Aromas a fruta negra madura, especias, cacao, flores secas y tostados de la madera. Intense and well structured mouth-filling.
Long post-taste, echoing some red an black fruits memories, with toasted notes.
